About the project
We present to your attention a residential building under construction at 192 Arshakunyats Street.
The building consists of 14 residential and 4 underground parking floors. The 1st floor has a public purpose. Each floor has 6 apartments with an open balcony. Ceiling height 3.10 m, floor leveling layer 25 cm for sound and heat insulation. The apartments will be delivered in a plastered state and with high-quality electrical wiring. The front door is metal, soundproofed with wooden panels, aluminum windows. The building will have individual heating, high quality Grundfos pumps and Edinburgh elevators. On the territory there will be green areas, playgrounds and areas for good rest. The building will be covered with travertine.
