About the project
The Northern Beam is one of the largest projects of the Elite Group company, which has urban significance. As a continuation of the Cascade complex, it starts at the Armenia memorial and goes up to Babayan and Zaryan streets.
This project is the embodiment of the idea of the great architect Alexander Tamanyan, the founder and creator of the first master plan of the city of Yerevan. The Northern Beam begins with a pedestrian street surrounded by the same type of three-story cottages made of Armenian tufa. At the end of this beautiful street, two huge symmetrical cascade-type buildings soar upwards, striving towards each other in a single impulse. In the future, the second stage of construction is also planned, after which the unification of Komitas Avenue and the Cascade complex into a single whole will be completed. And our capital will receive a complete architectural ensemble, which A. Tamanyan did not have time to complete in his time.
