Investors are invited to purchase shares in the hotel with a repurchase option to obtain an EU residence permit. The hotel building is an architectural monument and is located in an area with a low population density, which meets the conditions of the residence permit program with a minimum investment of € 280 000.
Upon completion of the renovation and after the commissioning of the hotel, the investor has the right to stay at the hotel 7 days a year (meets the minimum requirements for staying in Portugal to maintain a residence permit). Renovation will begin in November 2020 (will be carried out within 2 years) regardless of the number of investors willing to participate in the project.
The hotel is located in the Alentejo region, Lisbon can be reached by car in 2 hours, Porto in 4 hours.
