Gateway Point is located in the town of Bird’s Hill, boasting one of the fastest growing bedroom communities. Privacy was an important factor when developing Gateway Point, and so we made sure to create lot sizes starting at 40x147 feet for our luxury townhomes and 70 x 147 feet for our single family lots.
