About the project
LCD on the street. Ternopilska, 8v in Lviv is located in a quiet and peaceful part of the city, where there are two parks - Snopkivsky and "Iron Water". Nearby are the stadium "Ukraine", many shops and malls, schools and kindergartens, a sports club.
The main highways in the neighborhood are Chervona Kalyna Avenue and Vasyl Stus Street.
Features of the new building
The LakePark residential complex in Lviv is a 10-storey one-section building built using monolithic frame technology. External walls are planned to be made of ceramic blocks and additionally insulated with mineral wool. The facade will be painted and decorated with plaster, and the base of the building will be decorated with stone.
During the construction works on improvement of the adjacent territory will be carried out. There will be an outdoor parking lot, a children’s playground, and convenient sidewalks.
The house will be fitted with an IZAMET elevator made in Bulgaria. Its feature is the ability to go in two directions. Water supply and the sewerage are central, heating on an individual basis with installation of coppers of Savnier Duval THEMACLASSIC.
