The villa was designed by a well known Slovenian architect in the 1960's and built with quality materials. The villa is currently laid out as two separate apartments.
First Floor: Three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and WC, lovely long balcony overlooking the garden and lake.
Ground Floor: With its own entrance, similar layout to the above floor, with direct access to the garden. Wood burning stoves on both floors.
There is a separate building currently used as garages. The gardens are particularly nice with lawns, trees and backing onto forest. Terrific views to Lake Bled and the castle, situated in very private surroundings.
The house is within walking distance of Lake Bled or a few minutes drive.
