About the project
The location in Košaške dol in Maribor is located in a new emerging neighborhood, which will be one of the most beautiful in this area. It started with the construction of modern ones
detached houses in the western part, continues with a series of three villas in the lower part and ends with a terraced construction on the best and highest part of the neighborhood right below the vineyards, which we have rightly named SUN TERRACE.
The Sončne terase residential neighborhood is part of a new residential development in the area of Košaški dol, east of the highway towards Pesniške rondo. Only a residential program is planned in the area.
The building envisages 6 towers connected to an underground garage. The focus is on comfort. All stationary traffic for residents is provided in the garage. Outdoor parking spaces are available for guests. Large elevators will offer convenient connections to the apartments. The floor plans are designed functionally.
The apartments on the ground floor will have large, partially covered terraces with a depth of 4.5m and a width adapted to the dimensions of the apartment of 40-50m2. There will be spacious balconies on the first floor, and on the last floor we will offer larger apartments with 40-70m2 terraces and the best view. All but seven apartments have living areas facing south.
