I offer a two-room apartment in Kazimierz, Krakow, at Wolnica Square. This location is the perfect place for people who want to live in the heart of the iconic Jewish district, but expect peace and quiet in their apartment. The restaurant is located in the center of Kazimierz - the Vistula River and the Bernatka footbridge are within a five-minute walk. When we go the other way, after a dozen or so minutes we will be at the Main Market Square. From the apartment window you can see Wawel. From the gallery - the monumental Corpus Christi Church.
There is a lot of light in the apartment, which creates an idyllic and lazy atmosphere. The windows overlook the courtyard. The restaurant is located on the top floor of a 100-year-old tenement house, which was completely renovated in 2005. The fourth floor was also added then. The tenement house is well-kept, the corridors and the staircase are cleaned regularly. There is an elevator in the building that goes to the third floor. One floor has to be climbed by stairs, then you go through the gallery.
The apartment consists of a large living room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub. Plastic windows, beech parquet on the floor in the living room and bedroom. In the kitchen and bathroom - tiles. Heating and hot water come from the boiler room located in the tenement house. The rent for two people (heating, water, waste disposal, administrative fees) 400 - 500 PLN.
