Descripción
The house is settled in the small village Sceposevis (org. Šćepošević ), a part of the Herceg Novi region called Sutorina. The village is divided into "lower" and "upper" village, as well as central, which is the most populated. Our house is located at the entrance to the central part of the village, so it is tentatively isolated, and the whole lot is bounded.
The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom. It also has built up a summer kitchen (which is associated with one of the rooms left) or in which you can enter the outside door. In the background of the summer kitchen is a pantry. The total size of the house with summer kitchen and storage room of 50 m2.
Terrace of 20 m2, overlooking the village in the direction of the Montenegro border with Croatia - Debeli Brijeg.
Beside the house, there is a plot / garden area of 5.5 acres. The plot / garden has no crop except fruits (figs, oranges and lemons).
The house has electricity, water (city water), has a telephone connection (which is currently offline, because the year is not used). Sewer local (septic tank).
The whole plot is located along the main road leading to the village center, so that the car arrives directly to the main gate / entrance to the plot.
