About the project
Mexico City is currently undergoing a process of urban transformation. Real estate developers have chosen neighborhoods of tradition such as Roma, Condesa, Juárez, Narvarte and Portales to propose a new way of living the city.
VÉRTIZ 1032 is a residential project strategically located in the center of Mexico City that responds to current market demands: contemporary design, private areas designed to solve different needs of daily life, implementation of durable materials and application of sustainable technologies.
VÉRTIZ 1032 consists of 10 exclusive apartments with approximate surfaces of 88 to 163 square meters.
All apartments have two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry area, cellar and balcony. Additionally, the apartments on the ground floor have a private terrace and each of the penthouse-type apartments has an additional bedroom on the upper floor with an integrated bathroom as well as a family room and access to a private roof garden.
The project has a pedestrian access equipped for the hiring of private security 24 hours a day, an elevator with a capacity of 8 passengers and a vehicular access on the main avenue. The parking lot has the capacity to store 20 cars indoors.
SUSTAINABILITY
Aware of caring for the environment, we have designed a rainwater harvesting system approved by the Mexico City water system through which we intend, in rainy seasons, to feed the WC's of the departments with water collected, filtered and stored in an exclusive tank for this purpose.
