Historycal building for sale. The building was designed by Paul Makss Berchi in the end of 19-th century and is a great example of that time architecture. It is a three-store house with a large basement and attic. First floor is built from stone, while second and third floors are wooden. Ceiling is 3.5 meters high. The roof was replaced entirely and new wooden windows were installed. The facade of the house is refurbished. However, major overhaul inside the building would be needed.
