PINE CUBE house is located next to woodland, at the end of the site, in compliance with the existing natural landscape. on the north side area along the avenue Dzintari, natural vegetation is preserved and incorporated into the overall composition of the site.
The house is located 100 meters from the sea. Underground parking is available.
The building plan includes 15 residential apartments, connected to each other by the central atrium-style lobby, which houses the elevator and open staircase. In the glass box and the roof of the building will be placed terraces. In the lobby there is a place for a concierge.
The apartments are at the stage of finishing, allowing its future owners to complete interior design according to your preferences.
