Descripción
The plot is situated in the South-Eastern part of Latvia, on the Northern shore of lake Aksenova. On the border of the plot passes a good gravel road (cleaned in winter, in summer not Palit). The lake shore is sandy beach of reed. The length of the coastline is 155 meters. Elevation of the plot is 6 meters from the lake level. On the site can build up to three houses and baths on the shore. Perfect for building a family holiday village or house for permanent stay.
