The private enclosed garden has breathtaking views across to Cortona and the mountains behind it and its approximately 1,100 square metres is studded with fig, olive, pear and pomegranate trees.
The house has full central heating and hot water, as well as a terrestrial and satellite television system.
On the extensive estate lies a beautiful shared 20×8 metre swimming pool, fully equipped and serviced. A beautiful stone barbecue is tucked into one corner of the estate, overlooking the sunflower fields and the estate’s trees and tracks which are suited for walks and jogging.
The external and interior restoration of the buildings was carried out lovingly totally in accord with the local Tuscan building tradition and using traditional materials. The estate is managed by the owners through an administrator and the service includes the maintenance of all green areas, swimming pool, house water supplies and automatic watering of lawns. It also includes the management and maintenance of facilities, which is also provided to the individual homes on request.
The owners are families of different nationalities, ranging from UK and European to American and Canadian.
