Prestigious sea-front villa divided into a series of dwellings separated by open spaces to be used for fruit trees and little gardens. The various rooms that go to make up the villa are set on different levels, connected internally by staircases and corridors. As a result of this different construction layout on separate levels, the villa has a variety of evocative and charming external verandas, each of which has its own particular view. The large glass areas allow one to enjoy a really breathtaking panorama whether seated at table or simply relaxing in an armchair. The villa overlooking the sea has a spectacular swimming pool set into the rocks, which themselves form part of the interior of the house, creating a unique feature. The main entrance leads to the living room which is split onto three levels so as to separate the elegant sea-view area from the dining area on the intermediate level and from the entrance area, reached by a corridor which leads to and connects the night area and the kitchen. On passing through the main entrance, one immediately has the sensation of boarding a ship thanks to the enormous glass features which fill every room with an elegant brightness and light.From the living room, one can gain access to the swimming pool and the first of the two sun-bathing areas. Following the steps from the swimming pool down the cliff, one descends directly to the sea. Also from the living room, one can pass directly to the night-time area, which consists of three large bedrooms, each of which has an ensuite bathroom. From the opposite part of the night-time area, there is the kitchen from which there is direct access to the little vegetable garden which divides the first block from the second, and which contains a bedroom with bathroom. The third block is also detached and is equipped with a bedroom with bathroom and a small laundry room with external area.
