Descripción
The farm is located in a strategic position and is formed by a single body of trapezoidal shape of the surface of ha. 3.6 about, completely flat, surrounded by strips windbreaks of cypresses that are completed with four parallel sections, dividing it into five plots; 350 meters from the sea and the beach. Faces two paved roads. The longest side 200 m, overlooking the "provincial 91" which, getting on the SS.195, in the third roundabout, coming from Cagliari at about km.13, leads to Capoterra, which is about 3 km away.
This side, for its totality, overlooks the Residenza del Sole. The opposite side faces a municipal road; it also has entanglement on the SS. 195, not far from the previous one and leads to Poggio dei Pini and Residenza del Poggio. Not far away, at 150 m, stands the craft area
Municipal. The side facing the municipal road flanks the sewerage and the electricity line e
telephone, while the one on the provincial road runs along the entire water line.
The bottom is equipped with a well fed by a rich aquifer that allows to irrigate the whole
surface, on it insist two buildings: one destined to the tool shed, the other to covered tub
of 7xnxm meters; has electricity - light and three-phase users. According to the municipal urban plan, the fund is a G zone for buildings, equipment and facilities, public and
private, reserved for services of general interest and supra-municipal, such as facilities for secondary education, managerial activities, cultural heritage, health, sport, entertainment and recreational, religious, social, accommodation activities if connected and ancillary to services of general interest, credit, communications, transport, general markets, parks, territorial infrastructures, the
technological systems and the like.
