House facing directly on the eastern shores of Lake Como. To the property, which is spread over several floors, is accessed from the road where the pedestrian entrance and driveway that leads directly into the box. On this floor there is a bedroom, which could be used as a study and a bathroom. Going down the stairs leads to the double living room with large fireplace at its center, with panoramic windows overlooking large terrace, separated by an arch, there is the kitchen with adjoining dining area. On the same level as the living area is developed the sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom. At the lake floor of the house is the laundry room and a sun terrace which gives access to the lake. The house also has a post-box with boat access to the lake.
