Villa At The Seaside

The large sandy full-service beach at about 100 meters from the villa. The beach is marked with the blue FEE flag.
The villa consists of 2 independent apartments with separate entrances.
The ground floor apartment consists of entrance hall, large living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, 1 servant’s room with a bathroom. Two external exits from the kitchen and living room.
The apartment on the upper floor consists of a large living room with a fully glazed wall with a sliding glass door that opens onto a covered terrace with a large dining table on it. Nearby there is an open terrace with a large sunbathing area.
Also on the second floor, there is a kitchen (with a separate exit to the terrace), 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower.
The villa is surrounded by a garden of about 1000 square meters, where various fruit trees are planted (pear, mandarin, figs, etc.), as well as hedges, cedar, palm-tree, magnolia and other plant species.

The garden is enclosed by a thick hedge that provides absolute privacy and keeps prying eyes away.
