Large stone house situated in the ancient village of San Buono just 36 km from the beach. The house is spread over four floors with a total of about 180 sq m.
On the ground floor there are two spacious cellars, one with fireplace and old wood stove that was used for baking bread and pizza.
The first floor includes a spacious room (6.45 m x 3.93 m = 25.34 sq m), a storage room located in the basement, a kitchen (3.06 m x 3.95 m = 8.12 sq m) with window now removed but you can recognize from the wall finished in wood, a room bedroom (4.04 m x 3.79 m = 15.31 sq m), a single bedroom, a room used as a laundry room with a sink and a large bathroom with tub and shower.
On the second floor there is a spacious bedroom and a smaller bedroom.
On the third floor (attic) there is a unique environment in the rough. The water and electricity services are to be connected during the renovations.
