Descripción
This unique amphitheatrical seaside property is situated in Meganisi Lefkada. Meganisi is an island situated between Lefkada and the greek mainland of Aitolia-Akarnania and is the largest of the Prigiponesian Island cluster of Lefkada and this its name is referred to as the Prince Island.
The property is outside the village settlement of Spartohori (prefecture of Lefkada) and is buildable, in accordance to existing provision applicable.
The eastern section of the property is bordered by the sea, with a 636m coastline that constitutes a natural port, suitable for touristic exploitation (marina).
