Descripción
Kefalas is a village 282 metres above sea level with some 300 permanent residents. It belongs to Vamos municipality in the Apokoronas region which in turn consists of the following villages namely Kefalas, Drapanos and Palailoni. It's a green and quiet part compared to for instance The Akrotiri (which is the peninsula next to Chania), with less houses and a more traditional lifestyle. In the Apokoronas there are lots of olive groves, woodlands and farms, and a couple of great beaches like Almiryda, Kalives and the long stretched beach of Georgioupolis which is about 10 kilometer long.
The "Olive Valley" project is a one-storey house with elements of stone decoration. The layout of the house consists of an open-plan living-dining room-kitchen, a guest bathroom and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. From the living room, as well as two bedrooms, there is an exit to a spacious terrace, to which adjoins a sitting area, a swimming pool of 52.80 sq.m. and a barbecue area.
