Location position
The Hassells-Benrath district, one of the southern districts of Düsseldorf, located on the Rhine and
on the small river Itter. This area covers an area of 5.90 sq. Km. with a population of about
16,000 inhabitants This corresponds to a population density of approximately 2.683 inhabitants per square kilometer.
The house is conveniently located from food stores, restaurants, cafes and bars in this
area. The district of Benrath is also a famous castle with a large park where you can walk and
relax in a relaxed atmosphere. The castle is located in 2 bus stops from
the proposed facility.
