We mediate the sale of attractive land of 40,000 sqm on the western part of the island of Brač near the beautiful bay Stipanska. The project foresees the construction of a self-sustainable rural household and has the inplace Building Permit for the construction of eco-village for tourist purposes. According to the project, the land is divided into residential and catering and recreational areas.
The housing part is planned to be approximately 18,000 sqm and would consist of one bigger and three smaller 4 * category residential facilities.
Each stone cottage faces the common building, but has an intimate zone where the pool, outdoor fireplace with accompanying facilities and garden are to be found.
The gastronomic-recreational area would welcome, besides guests of Eco Village, and other visitors. Under the project on this part of the land six buildings can be constructed, one of which is a restaurant with a viewpoint overlooking all surrounding coves and islands.
The project foresees that the materials needed for the construction are in accordance with the original local materials, including the authentic stone of the island of Brac and the two-story roofs and covered with stone slabs.
