It is arranged over ground floor with restaurant and three floors with 29 rooms from which 2 apartments, 6 single rooms and 21 double rooms. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower or bathtub, TV, air-conditioning, and WI-FI internet. 15 rooms are turned on south and have the sea view, other 14 rooms are turned on north and have view of mountains. There are 21 rooms with a balcony and 8 rooms without. A space next to reception can take 40 people. A seating capacity of a restaurant is 120 and of a terrace 60 seats. The hotel has its own laundry room. There is a staffroom on each floor.
