This apartment house is located in a small, charming seaside settlement Banjole, in the south of Istria. It is detached, situated on south-west slope on the end of one way street. It consists of ground floor and 2 floors and from all parts, including the garden there is a sea view.

On the 1st floor there is a large two-bedroom apartment and small studio, while on the 2nd floor there is another large two-bedroom apartment.
