Plot of land for construction at the “Kyusheto” locality
“Kyusheto” locality is planned as a VIP quarter, bordered to the south by
the city of Bourgas. The quarter is proposed as an integrated
development that will be build on a land of approximately 200 hectares.
Modern buildings, high end hotels, spa complex, casino, yacht port,
commercial and educational establishments, sport, recreational and
entertainment facilities will be build – according to the infrastructure
plan of the Municipality of Bourgas.
The quarter is nearby the International Airport and 20km from the
golden sands of Sunny beach. The plot of land is situated at second
line, 400m from the shore. The neighbor plots are already possessed by
foreign investors.
The City of Bourgas is 130 km south of Varna. It is situated
at the west border of Bourgas Bay on a peninsula
surrounded by 3 lakes – Bourgas lake, Atanasovsko lake
and Mandrensko lake.
The Thracians, the earliest known identifiable people to inhabit
the present-day territory of Bourgas(Pirgos). It is the fourth
largest by population city in Bulgaria, after Sofia, Plovdiv and
Varna. Burgas has the largest and most important Bulgarian port.
Today, Burgas is a key economic, cultural and tourist centre in
Bulgaria. The climate is south-continental. Bourgas beaches are
famous for their curative black sand. Well known are the healing
properties of the leachate as well as the curative mud of the
Bourgas salt, located very close to the plot of land. According to
the Master plan for the development of “Kyusheto” locality, the
use of the plot of land is for spa activities and recreation.
Sunny Beach is the largest beach in Bulgaria and one of the most
famous spa centers.
Located on the Black Sea coast between the major port cities of Burgas
and Varna. It stretches along the 9 km long beach of fine golden sand,
where the name Sunny Beach comes from. Bourgas is situated in the
Bourgas Bay and also bordering the Black Sea, surrounded by three
lakes - Burgas, Mandra and Atanasovsko, the last is a bird sanctuary for
endangered species.
Sunny Beach is the biggest Black Sea resort for the southern coast, with
a huge capacity of 220 tourist hotels, offering an unmatched feeling of
adrenaline seekers and attractions such as surfing, water skiing, kite
surfing, jet skiing, sailing, golf, mini golf, water park, bowling, a large
number of cafes, restaurants, discos, clubs, guaranteeing very special
type of experience.
