This project is particularly characterized by customer support, and the final equipment of the living space will be based on the needs and preferences of a customer.
There are different types of already prepared visualisations, created by the top interior designers, as well as an individual desired room division may take place. The uncompromising commitment to quality does not end in front of the door from own apartment. Rather, the Palais Schottenring Vienna puts a special focus on the common areas.
The general facilities include a vestibule with concierge service, a 200 m2 reception hall and two exclusively furnished meeting rooms/offices.
The comprehensive range of services guarantees 5-star comfort for future residents: Concierge & Security Services 24/7 . The building has an underground parking garage, and is furthermore connected underground to the public Wipark parking garage. It is arguably one of the most modern parking garages in Vienna and allows our clients to rent as many parking spots as they wish (on a monthly or longer-term basis). It also offers hourly/daily parking for guests.
Last but not least there is also a dry connection from the project to the Hotel Palais Kempinsky.
